Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, role, business activity, company size, and message. If you use the payout calculator and continue to the form, we receive the company profile and illustrative estimate with your inquiry. A detailed assessment also collects the business and data-system information you choose to submit.

When someone refers a company, we collect the introducer’s contact details, the company name, and the business contact’s name and email. The introducer must have permission to share these details. We use them to review the introduction, contact the people involved, and administer the applicable referral program.

Our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP addresses, request times, browser information, and errors. We use a daily hash derived from the request address to help limit repeated submissions. We do not ask for files or system credentials through the initial inquiry form.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to requests, assess potential partnerships, communicate about our work, keep business records, secure our services, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we rely on steps toward a contract, our legitimate interests in conducting and securing our business, your consent, or a legal obligation. You can withdraw consent for optional contact by emailing us.

Service providers and disclosures

We use Vercel to host the website, Supabase to store submissions and manage private account access, and Resend to send notifications to our team. These providers process information to supply their services. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, where legally required, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transfer. Inquiry contact details are not offered as an AI training dataset.

A data licensing relationship is covered by a separate agreement that specifies the dataset, authorized recipients, permitted uses, safeguards, and other applicable responsibilities. This website notice does not itself authorize the sharing or licensing of business data.

Cookies and browser storage

The public site uses no advertising pixels or marketing analytics scripts. Essential cookies support private account sign-in. The calculator updates locally until you submit an inquiry. External links and embedded service interfaces, where used, are subject to their providers’ notices.

Retention and international processing

We retain inquiries for as long as needed to respond, assess and manage a business relationship, resolve disputes, and meet recordkeeping obligations. We review records for deletion when those purposes end. Necessary technical logs follow the hosting provider’s retention practices. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, we use appropriate contractual or other lawful protections.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator. We do not sell website inquiry details or share them for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Send a request to contact@telegraphlab.com. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority, and will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. We do not use inquiry information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Security and children

We restrict submission access to authorized personnel and service providers and use technical measures appropriate to the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security. The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
