Using this website

These terms govern your use of the Telegraph Lab LLC website. By using it, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you use it on behalf of a business, you must have authority to do so. Contact us at contact@telegraphlab.com with questions.

Inquiries and data assessments

Please provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. An inquiry, assessment, or conversation does not grant us rights to a dataset or give us access to company systems. Share confidential files, personal records, or third-party material only through a process agreed with us and with the necessary permissions.

Estimates and data partnerships

Calculator results are illustrative, non-binding estimates based on limited company information. They are not appraisals, offers, guarantees of eligibility, or promises of payment. An actual offer depends on review of the dataset, licensing authority, quality, permitted uses, and commercial terms, and may differ from the estimate or be unavailable.

A data partnership begins only under a separate written agreement. That agreement controls scope, rights, authorized recipients, preparation, confidentiality, pricing, delivery, and payment. Website descriptions do not replace its terms.

Company referrals and the referral partner program

The “Refer a company” offer provides a $10,000 reward for an eligible introduction that results in a completed data licensing deal. Telegraph reviews each submission and confirms eligibility, attribution, and payment terms in writing. Submitting contact details alone does not establish a right to payment.

The separate referral partner program requires an application, approval, and a signed partner agreement. Approved partners receive 20% of the licensing payments received by the businesses they introduce for eligible deals. The agreement sets attribution, eligible payments, and payout timing. Each introduction is assigned to one program; the $10,000 reward and 20% partner fee do not accumulate for the same deal.

Obtain the contact’s permission before sharing their details. Partners may not make commitments on Telegraph’s behalf. Partner platform access is arranged individually following approval.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, submit malicious or unlawful material, impersonate another person, or misuse forms to send spam. Website content, branding, and original artwork belong to Telegraph Lab or their respective owners. You may view and share links for lawful business use. Reproduction or commercial exploitation of protected content requires the relevant permission. Referenced software names belong to their respective owners and do not imply an affiliation or endorsement.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but content may change and interruptions can occur. The site is provided as available, without warranties beyond those required by law. It does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. External websites are controlled by their operators.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Telegraph Lab is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, including loss of profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct. Separate signed agreements govern liability for contracted services and data transactions.
