your Coda data.
Coda's account export covers documents owned by that person. A company-wide inventory should identify every participating owner or use an eligible organization-administrator route.

Find your Coda data size
- Have each relevant document owner open Account Settings → Advanced Settings.
- Choose Export My Data and download the text and CSV files.
- Combine the non-overlapping owned-document collections and measure their extracted size in MB.
- On eligible Enterprise accounts, ask an org admin about Admin API document listing and export.
What to include in your data inventory
Report in MB, with document and owner counts. State the formats measured and whether attachments or layout-preserving copies are included.
Describe the oldest content and active staff represented. Identify documents owned by former employees if retained.
Export your Coda history
- Collect each owner's Export My Data files.
- For a document whose layout matters, use Print & export → Export to PDF from its menu.
- For specific tables, use the table's Download as CSV option.
- Where licensed, have an org admin use the Admin API to collect the agreed wider document scope.
The owned-doc export provides text and CSV representations. PDF and table exports serve additional purposes.
Enterprise export policies and API limits can affect the collection. Check the administrator's available settings.
