What to include in your data inventory

- For a larger archive, have a developer use the authorized cloud-recording API and download links.

Zoom can produce video, audio and text files according to the meeting's recording configuration. Transcripts exist where transcription was enabled.
Cloud retention and recording trash settings affect availability. Local recordings remain on the host computer or wherever the company copied them.
Why Zoom data has value for AI training
Meetings can preserve how a team discusses a problem, reviews material and reaches a decision.
Shared-screen content and transcripts can connect spoken explanations to the documents being discussed.
What stays private
Choose the hosts, recordings and dates in scope, reviewing participant consent and confidential meeting content.
Telegraph Lab reviews the proposed material with you and agrees how sensitive information will be handled. Preparation can include excluding material, redacting details and replacing personal identifiers. Your company keeps ownership; the licensing agreement defines the material, permitted uses and authorized recipients.
