Find your Sage Intacct data size

  1. Use report access covering the companies and entities in scope.
  2. Open Reports center and run a detail report for ledger entries, invoices or another relevant record type.
  3. Set the full retained period and export as CSV or Excel using the output controls.
  4. Count the detail records, distinguishing document totals from line entries.
Report permissions and entity filters affect the result. Name the objects and row definitions behind each count.

What to include in your data inventory

Report in records, with each financial type identified. Describe supporting documents and any file collection separately.

Give the entities, oldest retained financial period and users represented.

Add the dates covered and the people who use this software. Label estimates and describe how you calculated them.

Export your Sage Intacct history
