Find and export
your Zoho CRM data.

1. 1Use an account with the Administrator profile.
2. 2Open Setup → Data Administration → Storage → Data Storage.
3. 3Record the module counts in the usage details and add the modules in scope.
4. 4Note attachment storage separately if files are a significant part of the account.

Report in records, with a count for each included module. Describe whether notes, activities, attachments and email history are available.

Sort a relevant module by its creation time to find the earliest retained year. Include active CRM users and any migration history.

2. 2Request an immediate backup or choose an available schedule.
3. 3When the completion email arrives, download all data and attachment archives.
4. 4Keep the module CSVs, relationship identifiers and attachment references together.

Backup links remain active for up to 7 days. Included backup allowances and any charges depend on the edition.

Zoho's backup documentation excludes emails synchronized through IMAP. Plan their collection from the email service when relevant.

CRM modules can connect a lead with its later customer relationship and the activity recorded along the way.

The company's custom fields can add context about qualification, service needs and follow-up.

Select the modules and attachments proposed for inclusion, with sensitive fields reviewed separately.
