Find your AccuLynx data size

  1. Open the reports area with a role allowed to view the company history.
  2. Run a jobs report across the full retained date range and count its detail rows.
  3. Repeat for contacts and any other relevant record types.
  4. For an API-based count, ask a developer to inspect the jobs and contacts listings and their reported totals.
Ask the account administrator or AccuLynx support to confirm the report and API access available to your role.

What to include in your data inventory

Report in records, listing jobs, contacts and other included types. Note the availability of estimates, photos and project documents.

Give the oldest included record date and the number of staff accounts. Explain any date or project filters.

Add the dates covered and the people who use this software. Label estimates and describe how you calculated them.

Export your AccuLynx history

  1. Export or schedule the relevant reports with the necessary dates and columns.
  2. For complete structured records, have a developer retrieve the jobs and contacts through the supported API, including every page.
  3. Preserve record identifiers and links between jobs and contacts.
  4. Ask AccuLynx support for the supported bulk route for attached job photos and documents.

Report exports reflect their selected columns. An API collection needs the paging and filter limits checked.

Attached media is separate from a row-count report. Identify its availability and collection method.

Why AccuLynx data has value for AI training

Roofing job history can connect a customer's request with estimates, job progress and field evidence.

That context can provide examples of how teams assess and manage construction work.

What stays private

Choose the jobs, contacts and files in scope, with customer and personnel details reviewed separately.

Telegraph Lab reviews the proposed material with you and agrees how sensitive information will be handled. Preparation can include excluding material, redacting details and replacing personal identifiers. Your company keeps ownership; the licensing agreement defines the material, permitted uses and authorized recipients.
