Find your ServiceTitan data size
- Use an account with the required reporting permissions.
- Open Reports, choose a job or invoice report, and set the dates to cover all retained years.
- Run the report and select Export → Export to XLSX. Count detail rows rather than aggregated summary rows.
- Export customer search results where permitted, and keep the job, invoice and customer counts separate.
What to include in your data inventory
Report in records, naming the customer, job, invoice and other types included. Describe available job notes, photos and documents.
Use the oldest exported job or invoice date for the years covered, and include office and technician users.
Export your ServiceTitan history
- Export the core detail reports to XLSX with the required columns and dates.
- Collect the customer list and preserve identifiers that link customers, locations and jobs.
- For a larger structured collection, ask a developer to review ServiceTitan's Export APIs, its interface for retrieving full record snapshots.
- Ask the account manager how to collect the photos, videos and attachments associated with those records.
API access and search-result exports require specific permissions. A developer should check the continuation mechanism so every page is retrieved.
Report files contain the selected rows and columns. Attached media needs its own collection route.
Why ServiceTitan data has value for AI training
A service job can link the reported problem to the technician's notes, repair and invoice.
Retained field evidence can provide context about how work was diagnosed and completed.
What stays private
Choose the business record types and field files in scope. Sensitive payment or personnel details can be excluded.
Telegraph Lab reviews the proposed material with you and agrees how sensitive information will be handled. Preparation can include excluding material, redacting details and replacing personal identifiers. Your company keeps ownership; the licensing agreement defines the material, permitted uses and authorized recipients.
