Find your JobNimbus data size

  1. Open Reports and create an unfiltered Contact custom report.
  2. Save it, then use the report's three-dot menu → Export to CSV.
  3. Create and export a corresponding Job report.
  4. Count rows excluding headers and retain separate contact and job totals.
Only columns visible in the saved report are exported. Include the fields required before saving the report.

What to include in your data inventory

Report in records with contacts and jobs identified separately. Describe tasks, notes, photos and documents where available.

Check the oldest dates in the reports and count staff using the account. Explain any excluded job statuses or date ranges.

Add the dates covered and the people who use this software. Label estimates and describe how you calculated them.

Export your JobNimbus history

  1. Create saved reports for each relevant record type with the required columns.
  2. Use the three-dot menu to export each report to CSV or Excel.
  3. On each Contact or Job record, use Download All for its document and photo attachments.
  4. Keep each attachment ZIP identified by its originating record.

JobNimbus documents a per-record attachment download. Confirm any broader collection requirements with support.

A report file contains the visible table fields and does not itself collect all attached files.

Why JobNimbus data has value for AI training

Job records can connect project stages with customer details and the notes made while work progressed.

Attached documents and photos can supply evidence behind those updates.
