Find your Arrivy data size

  1. Open reporting with a role allowed to see the company tasks.
  2. Set dates to cover the full retained history and note the task total.
  3. Record customer and attachment quantities where the account provides them.
  4. If a full count is unavailable, ask Arrivy support for the task and file quantities for your account.
Reporting and API availability depend on the plan. Confirm the features currently enabled for your company.

What to include in your data inventory

Report in records, naming tasks, customers and other included types. Describe field forms, photos and status history.

Give the oldest retained task date and the number of office and field users. Label any quantity obtained from a sample as an estimate.

Add the dates covered and the people who use this software. Label estimates and describe how you calculated them.

Export your Arrivy history

  1. Ask Arrivy support for the supported export of tasks and their retained history.
  2. Specify the date range, task notes, forms and attachments required.
  3. If your account has API access, ask a developer to retrieve every page of the agreed records.
  4. Check the delivered files for task identifiers and associated media, and confirm any missing record types.

Confirm file formats and collection limits with Arrivy before planning delivery.

Task rows and media may need separate collection. Keep the relationships between them.

Why Arrivy data has value for AI training

Task updates can preserve how dispatchers and field staff respond as a job changes.

Form answers and completion evidence can help explain the practical steps used to finish the assignment.
