Find your CompanyCam data size

  1. Use the web app as an Admin or Manager.
  2. Open User Icon → Company Settings → Exports.
  3. Choose the full retained date range and Project data, then select Export .CSV.
  4. Review and sum the photo, video and document counts in the emailed file.
The project export contains project data and quantities. Actual media files use separate download routes.

What to include in your data inventory

Report in files, specifying the counts of photos, videos and documents, with project count alongside them. If you have a measured file size, describe its coverage separately.

Include the oldest project date and the staff who contribute media. Explain whether originals, marked-up versions or both are available.

Add the dates covered and the people who use this software. Label estimates and describe how you calculated them.

Export your CompanyCam history

  1. Export the project list for the required scope.
  2. Open a project, select its three-dot menu, and use Download All Photos.
  3. Choose the original or modified-photo option required and submit the download request.
  4. Download the emailed ZIP and repeat for the projects in scope. Confirm separate video and document collection where relevant.

The CSV and photo archives serve different purposes. Keep project identifiers and dates with each media archive.

A photo download does not establish that all videos and documents were collected. Confirm those files with the available controls or support.

Why CompanyCam data has value for AI training

Project images can show the conditions before, during and after field work.

Dates and project context can connect visual evidence with checklists and completed jobs.

What stays private

Select the projects and media in scope, reviewing images that expose private locations or personal details.

Telegraph Lab reviews the proposed material with you and agrees how sensitive information will be handled. Preparation can include excluding material, redacting details and replacing personal identifiers. Your company keeps ownership; the licensing agreement defines the material, permitted uses and authorized recipients.
