HR and payroll

Find and export
your Deel data.

Deel reporting depends on the products and entities the organization uses. Include the worker types and historical periods explicitly when describing the available records.

Find your Deel data size

  1. Use a role with Analytics access for the entities and worker types in scope.
  2. Open Analytics → Reports and run People Summary with the required filters.
  3. Run People History and relevant time-tracking or time-off reports for the retained period.
  4. Record separate quantities for people and historical or time entries.
Report availability and visibility depend on products and permissions. A people total and a people-history row count describe different things.

What to include in your data inventory

Report in records, naming workers, history events, payroll or time records separately. Identify the entities and worker types included.

Give the earliest retained dates and status scope. Use quantities and descriptions for the initial inventory.

Add the dates covered and the people who use this software. Label estimates and describe how you calculated them.

Export your Deel history

  1. In Analytics → Reports, use the report's menu or download control to export the selected data.
  2. Choose the supported CSV or Excel representation and check fields and filters.
  3. Repeat for each agreed entity and report type.
  4. For recurring collection, have an administrator review the available SFTP export integration and its entity scope.

Some template reports allow field selection while others have a fixed structure.

An integration export needs its scope and destination confirmed. Keep entity identifiers and report definitions alongside the records.

Why Deel data has value for AI training

De-identified worker and history records can show how workforce administration develops across entities.

Field and product context helps connect a worker profile to the events recorded over time.

What stays private

Provide counts and field descriptions for the inventory. Agree sensitive-field preparation before personnel-data delivery.

Telegraph Lab reviews the proposed material with you and agrees how sensitive information will be handled. Preparation can include excluding material, redacting details and replacing personal identifiers. Your company keeps ownership; the licensing agreement defines the material, permitted uses and authorized recipients.

Common questions about Deel data

Why are some workers absent?

Review worker-type, entity and status filters, along with the role's permissions.

Is People History the same as a people count?

It can contain multiple events or rows per worker. Identify each quantity separately.

Can report fields be customized?

That depends on the report; some templates have fixed fields.

Can exports run regularly?

Eligible accounts can review Deel's SFTP export integration with an administrator.
