Find your FieldEdge data size
- Open the customer, work-order and invoice reports available to your account.
- Expand each date range to cover the retained years and remove filters that would omit relevant work.
- Record detail-row counts for each type, excluding report headers and summary rows.
- Ask the administrator or FieldEdge support to confirm a complete count when a report is limited.
What to include in your data inventory
Report in records, separating customers, work orders, invoices and quotes. Describe equipment records and job photos where available.
Give the oldest included service date and staff account count. Identify any limited report window or sampled estimate.
Export your FieldEdge history
- Ask FieldEdge support for the supported export of the required customer and work-order history.
- Specify the invoice, quote and equipment data needed, along with the full date range.
- Confirm the format, columns and whether a long history should be split into yearly batches.
- Arrange a separate download of work-order photos and keep their record identifiers.
Public product pages describe reporting features but do not establish every account's export format or limit. Confirm those details through support.
A list export and attached field files can cover different parts of the account.
Why FieldEdge data has value for AI training
